Where to eat… at home


Sunday lunch can often be tricky for vegetarians… will you get stuck with a frozen nut roast, or perhaps the cheese and leek pie (for the record i love both of these, but sometimes it’s nice to have a fully home cooked roast).

A great recipe i have recently used is by Jamie Oliver for a Mushroom and Squash Vegetarian Wellington. It takes a while to prepare – but its worth it.
