Kokoro is good if you want something quick and hot, and spicy.
Not a huge amount of choice for vegetarians (only one main option), but there are a couple of choices. i always have the Spicy Tofu, and although it can be quite hot, i really enjoy it,

- Vegetable Hosomaki Set – (Thin sushi roll with cucumber or avocado)
- Vegetable Gyuza Udon

- Edamame
- Healthy Spinach Salad
- Seaweed Salad
When i have Spicy Tofu I always have it with rice, but you can have it with noodles.
